EDUCATION:

In addition to my bachelor's degree, I have a master's degree. I have completed certificates in photography, interior design, and event planning. I have also taken makeup application classes.

WHAT I PHOTOGRAPH:

ANYTHING from Weddings, Couples, Engagements, Family, Maternity, Newborn, Children, Seniors, Events, Concerts, Sports, Lifestyle, Commercial, Model, Corporate, Headshots, Portrait, Architecture, Landscape.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday - Friday: 4:30 PM to 7 PM Saturday - Sunday: 9 AM to 7 PM

INCLUDES:

The session, online image gallery, release, and tax. Prints are available at an additional cost.

AGE:

All minors must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult for the entire duration of the photo session.

EQUIPMENT:

I shoot with a professional Canon camera and Canon prime lenses (35mm, 24-105mm, 70-200mm), and professional editing software.

For outdoor lighting purposes, I recommend shooting before 10 AM or between 6 PM and 8 PM from March through November. I also recommend shooting between 3 PM and 5 PM from December through February.

TRAVEL:

Typically, I travel about 30 miles for photos on a case-by-case basis. Additional travel costs are added for any photo sessions outside zip code 55414.

PHOTO QUANTITIES:

Sessions: Five to 50 photos depending on the shoot. Weddings: 100 - 1000 photos depending on the wedding package.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:

Venmo to my photography account @jaredfesslerphotography is preferred, but I can accept any form of payment.

CONTRACTS:

All wedding and large event bookings are required to fill out a contract before the session date. The contract ensures that both parties are aligned on expectations, services, payment terms, and other important details regarding the photography services.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:

I require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due on the day/time of the session. The deposit is non-refundable but transferable to another date. A 30% deposit is required for wedding packages lasting an eternity, with the remaining payment due two weeks before the event. If I have to cancel for any reason, you will receive your deposit back in full. All payments must be paid in full by the day and time of the photography session and event.

TURNAROUND TIME:

Portrait sessions allow up to five days. For weddings and events, please allow up to two weeks.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please let me know if you need to cancel 24 hours before the session. Reschedules are acceptable due to illness, emergencies, and weather. Booking deposits are non-refundable unless I cancel for any reason.

APPROACH:

I approach my work with an individual perspective that considers your needs and individual style. My style and technique are broad and flexible, developed through classes, training, and experience. My photography style is more light and airy, but I also like dark and moody. I prefer neutral earth tone colors.

DISABILITY:

Any medical or disability-related information that you would like to share with Jared Fessler Photography to make your session experience more effective. Disclosure is voluntary. The information will be kept confidential and will not harm or disadvantage the participants in the session. The information will be used only according to the law.

RECEIVING PHOTOS:

For regular sessions, you will receive your images via WeTransfer and release. For weddings, you will receive a gallery of images and a release. It is advisable to download and save all images to your device once you access the gallery. I would save the images in a folder or your computer device or onto a flash/hard drive 2 GB or larger.

ARCHIVE:

Photos are kept in my system for three months before deletion. The gallery is available for up to 10 years before it is permanently deleted. It is best to download all images when receiving the gallery onto your computer device.

PRINTS:

For an additional cost, you can purchase high-quality professional prints. Prints can be purchased through the online gallery. If you order through the gallery, delivery will take 4-10 days. Prints can also be ordered at other printing places, but if you print them elsewhere other than the gallery, please remember to bring a copy of the release form with you as the associates may ask for it. The largest print size you can typically print is 16x20 or 20x24, depending.

INVESTMENT:

All sessions require a 50% deposit due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance paid in full on the day/time of the session. For weddings, there is a 30% deposit, with the remaining balance due two weeks before the wedding. Prints are extra. All forms of payment are accepted.

TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION:

When booking a photographer, remember that photography is more than just taking pictures. It involves time (both session and editing), expertise, and experience. Costs also include equipment, studio or space rental, materials, creative planning, poses, settings, and taxes.

No deposit = No booking. Dates are not held without a deposit.

Image Usage & Copyright

You may use images as a profile photo or share links but must credit and tag Jared Fessler Photography.
Unedited/raw images are not distributed.

Media & Publicity Release

By attending a session or event, you acknowledge you may be photographed/recorded and grant permission for your likeness/voice to be used in any media, now or in the future, without compensation.

Legal & Privacy

Photography is protected by copyright law upon creation.
Booking a session grants Jared Fessler Photography rights to use images for marketing and promotional purposes in all media, indefinitely.
All client information is kept confidential.
